The Certificate of Proficiency for pension fund trustees: who it is for, what it covers and how to qualify.

What the C.O.P is

The Certificate of Proficiency (C.O.P) is the industry's qualification for pension fund trustees in Zimbabwe. Trustees are responsible for other people's retirement savings, and the C.O.P gives them the knowledge to carry out that responsibility with confidence.
